Jeffrey Fisher has served as a director since November 2008. Fisher has served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Austin Industries, Inc., a private, employee owned, subchapter-S ESOP organization since March 2009.

Prior to that, Fisher served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Charter Communications from 2006 to 2008.

Prior to joining Charter, Fisher held a variety of senior management positions for Delta Air Lines, Inc. from 1997 to 2006. He served as head of Delta’s Corporate Restructuring Group, and previously held the positions of President and General Manager, and separately, Chief Financial Officer, for Delta Connection, Inc.

Fisher received a B.B.M. degree from Embry Riddle University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas in Arlington.
