After being involved as a member with HIMSS for a couple of years and attending the national conferences, Jason joined the Board of Directors as a volunteer in 2015. Now, as Programs Chair, his drive is to bring even more energy to the already innovative events held by the Chapter every year.

Career Highlights
After running his own firm for a few years, Jason gravitated towards healthcare. Through the years, he has overseen several specialized areas including Citrix implementations, Help Desk management, software rollouts, data center migrations, network upgrades, and ambulatory clinic overhauls. He has also partnered with large service vendors on hospital-wide initiatives.

Most recently, in his role as Manager of Information Security & Customer Experience at Marin General Hospital, Jason is responsible for information security, hospital communications infrastructure, and user experience projects. On the user experience front, he works directly with inpatient and ambulatory providers to identify opportunities to make technology systems more streamlined and easier to use. Jason's passion is to create an exceptional healing environment in which technology complements patient care.
