Jamie Jansson serves as Director, Head of Product Design and Research at Stitch Fix. She has years of industry experience in both a consulting and in-house capacity. Leading research in all phases of the design process, from generative ethnography to iterative usability and everything in between and managing teams through the complexity of research planning and resourcing.

Prior to Uber, Jamie spent time at Capital One, managing the Design Research Team supporting the Card Design business. She also has experience conducting research in-house for Motorola Mobility/Google. There, her work focused on research for hardware and software solutions.
