Jai Valluri is Sr. Director, Customer Success at Nutanix. He is one of the founding members of the Customer Success team and was instrumental in designing and launching the CS function at Nutanix. Jai is currently a leader in the CS Strategy & Operations team and is responsible for driving customer success based on insights and analytics. He leads practice development and systems for customer success which include Gainsight, systems of intelligence, practice frameworks, best practices, assessment tools etc. Jai’s expertise is in working with enterprises and enabling them to realize business outcomes from their technology investments. Prior to Nutanix, Jai held a number of leadership roles at Cisco and EMC. Jai has a management consulting background from Bain & Company. Jai holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and University of Maryland respectively.
