Javier joined Ericsson in 1998.

Javier has an extensive experience in standardization working for both IETF and 3GPP. He was working in 3GPP coordinating the Core Network contributions Ericsson and specifically being rapporteur for the main PCC specifications

Since 2008, Javier has been working within Policy Control Product Management team being in charge of requirements and setting Ericsson strategy in this area

Javier holds a Master Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master on Business Administration. He has several patents and publications including IETF RFCs and IEEE articles. He is actually member of a public speaking club.

Javier is a happy father in a family of five and loves music and nature.
