Hiromi Tokuda is executive vice president of DENSO Corporation, headquartered in Kariya, Aichi, Japan. He oversees DENSO's overall the Europe region.

In 1971, Tokuda joined DENSO Corporation (formerly Nippondenso Co., Ltd.) and served in various roles in powertrain-related divisions. His work includes air-induction products, such as integrated air fuel modules, electronic throttle bodies, variable cam timing units, and he also worked on combustion and exhaust-gas reduction.

After successfully helping to expand the company's business in both Japan and Europe, Tokuda was promoted to director of the System Control Components Business Unit in 1998. In this role he helped secure new overseas powertrain business in both Mexico and Vietnam.

In recognition of Tokuda's engine expertise, he was appointed to director of the Diesel Injection Product and Gasoline Injection Business units in 2002. Two years later, he was named one of DENSO's executive directors and was later promoted to senior executive director in June 2006. Tokuda was appointed to executive vice president in June 2008.

Tokuda graduated from the College of Industrial Technology at Nihon University in Tokyo, in 1971 with a degree in mechanical engineering and joined DENSO that same year.
