Dr. Heidi K. Jauch serves as Zimmer’s Compliance Officer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) geographic region. Heidi’s role extends to broad matters of Corporate Compliance for the EMEA region, including but not limited to healthcare compliance. She has a legal background as an in-house lawyer and has extensive international experience in legal and compliance related topics in the Medical Device Industry.

Since joining Zimmer in early 2002, Heidi has served in the legal department for the EMEA region for 8 years, before she was promoted to her current role as Compliance Officer, EMEA. Prior to joining Zimmer, Heidi practiced law as in-house counsel at the holding company of Swissair International Airlines ltd. Heidi earned her first state exam in law from the University Tubingen/Germany, the second legal state exam from the County Court Constance/Germany and her PhD in law from the University of Berne/Switzerland.
