Haike Dong leads the company's manufacturing operations.

Before joining GainSpan, Dr. Dong served as director of operations for Dust Networks, managing all aspects of manufacturing activities for the company's silicon and board-level products.

Prior to Dust Networks, he was director of product and technology of the Consumer Product Group at LSI Logic, where he managed product and test engineering, foundry technology, assembly and packaging, vendor relationships, as well as product quality and reliability efforts.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Dong held management and engineering positions at C-Cube Microsystems, Hyundai Electronics, and Sony Semiconductor.

Dr. Dong holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
