Ha Lam is the co-founder of Saigon Hotpot, which is a voluntary tour-guide club in Ho chi Minh City. Ha is one of Seedstars great women entrepreneurs, winning the Seedstars event in Ho Chi Minh. She is also a tourguide at Saigon Tourist Travel Service and an ex-GM at The House of Saigon.

Ha's startup, Triip, is a crowdsourced platform for local experiences and tours. Ha is responsible for growth, planning, strategy, management, CS and admin matters.
