Gustavo is CEO & Co-Founder of Inceptia AI, which provides an AI based platform of Voice Assistants to help Enterprises across Latin-America automate processes to improve Customer Service and reduce Costs.

Before founding Inceptia AI, Gustavo was Vice President at Softline for the Latin-American market and, before that, he held several management and commercial positions at Microsoft. His prior experience included positions in American Express, Citibank and Bestfoods.

He held a degree of Computer Engineering at Universidad de Buenos Aires and a MBA in Universidad de Salvador and Universidad de Deusto, Spain.
