Gregg is a degreed mechanical engineer (Johns Hopkins) with a 20+ year career of building scientific instruments for NASA, DOE and NIST. He has also founded two technology startups and managed an OEM of capacitor winding machines. Most recently, Gregg worked for the Intellectual Property Office at Berkeley Lab assessing inventions and developing IP strategy.
