Frank Seehaus is Managing Partner at Acton Capital. Prior to Acton, Frank was Managing Director of both a commercial service provider and an internet company as well as Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s corporate finance division leading the set-up and execution of a number of structured finance, capital markets and M&A transactions. Frank focuses on areas like fintech, platforms and marketplaces, implementing growth and turnaround strategies in several portfolio companies in UK and Germany. He also was the key force behind the successful exits of Elite Partner, Holiday Check and Onvista.
