Mr. Chi Sing has more than 20 years of engineering and operations experience in the medical device industry.

He led the development and commercialization of the SAVI applicator Platform Technology as Director of Research and Development at BioLucent, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Chi Sing served as Director of Research and Development at SUB-Q, Inc., where he was responsible for the planning and execution of new product development programs and strategies; and as VP of Operations at Applied Medical Resources Corp., where he coordinated operational activities for the manufacturing, materials flow, engineering support, documentation and facilities groups.

Mr. Chi Sing received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the University of California, San Diego.
