Earl Patton is a Managing Director at Cyphr Ventures and the General Partner and Director of Business Development at Rumble Sports Ventures. Prior to launching Rumble Ventures, Earl held various executive roles with the National Basketball Association such as Director Business Development for the NBA International (South Africa), and Cleveland Cavaliers (Director Basketball Operations) where he oversaw scouting, contract negotiations, and roster management, and the Portland Trailblazers (Sponsorship Services).
