Duncan MacMurdy is responsible for driving transformative human resources programs at Wind River. He has over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including both start-ups and industry giants, with expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, strategy development, and employee relations. Since joining Wind River in 2004, he has designed and facilitated leadership development programs and skill training workshops worldwide, as well as strategic thinking and business planning meetings for executives and senior leadership teams. He also led the human resources component for two major company reorganizations.Prior to Wind River, he was director of talent acquisition and human resources business partner at Mercury Interactive. Earlier in his career he held positions at Veritas, Cygent, and Genentech, among others. He holds a B.A. and an M.A. from St. Mary's College of California, and has attended the High Performance Leadership program at IMD Business School as well as the d.school bootcamp at Stanford University.
