Debbie Giambruno is General Counsel at HireVue where she is responsible for the management and oversight of all legal matters.

Before joining HireVue, Debbie was with the Palo Alto Business Department of Morrison & Foerster, advised a number of growing startups in private practice, and was General Counsel at Vurv Technology where she supported their sale to a large direct competitor. With over 20 years of experience as in-house counsel to SaaS companies, her areas of expertise include complex contracts negotiation, data privacy, development and implementation of company policies and M&A. Debbie received her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific – the McGeorge University of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
