David H. Morton is Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Anaplan. Dave is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including global leadership roles encompassing corporate financial planning, revenue consolidation, manufacturing, pricing, and sales operations.

Before joining Anaplan, Dave was the Chief Accounting Officer at Tesla, Inc. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years at Seagate Technology plc where he held numerous leadership positions in both the U.S. and Asia, most notably as the EVP and CFO for approximately three years. Dave also served as Seagate’s Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Principal Accounting Officer responsible for overseeing Seagate’s corporate finance, treasury, and accounting activities.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration/finance, real estate, and law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
