David Frazee is a Managing Partner at Richmond Global Ventures since September 2013. As a Silicon Valley based high technology strategist, entrepreneur and attorney, David has spent his career working with global innovative technology companies, entrepreneurs and funds, helping them to succeed through the creation and execution of comprehensive international corporate, business, and intellectual property strategies.

In addition to having represented over 300 startups and dozens of venture funds, David has a real-world operational understanding of the unique business problems of emerging growth companies, having served in three technology start-ups — one of which he led through a US$128 million investment and subsequent IPO before it was acquired. David has advised governments, entrepreneurs and funds worldwide on innovation and has spoken at the Fortune Global Forum in Beijing and the Financial Times Innovation Summit in London.

David earned his J.D. degree from University of Michigan and his A.B. degree from Stanford University.
