Mr. Dullum has been a Director since August 23, 2001. From 1995 to the present, Mr. Dullum has been a Partner of New England Partners, a venture capital firm focused on investments in small and medium sized businesses in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. From 1973 to 1990, Mr. Dullum was the Managing General Partner of Frontenac Company, a Chicago-based venture capital firm.

Mr. Dullum holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BME from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
