Dan Hutchinson’s passion is people and change, combined. After graduating in Business Management, Dan forged his early career in retail management before embarking on a 15 years’ “HR” career journey internationally across the manufacturing, engineering and services sectors. He joined Schneider Electric in 2010 and has led major transformational programs as Schneider has built and grown their HR Services in domains of people, technology and service excellence. Since 2017, Dan is VP of the HR Services Europe region in which he is driving operations and change with a major focus on digital employee experience.
