Daddy Mukadi Bujitu is the Chief Regulatory Officer , Airtel Africa, accountable for both regulatory and government relations matters across all 17 Airtel Operations in Africa.

Daddy Mukadi joined Airtel from the Vodacom Group where he was respectively the Executive Head of International Regulatory as well as the Executive Head of International Commercial Legal. Before joining the Vodacom Group, Daddy Mukadi was the Group Corporate Legal Counsel at Gateway Communications Group. He has also had successful career stints at Mkhabela Huntley Adekeye Attorneys (South Africa), and at Communication Users Associations of South Africa.

Daddy Mukadi holds a Masters of Law degree in Communications Law (LLM) and an Executive Development Diploma – both from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. He also holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Lubumbashi – DRC. He co-authored (with Justine White) SADEC Media Law Book (volume 2 and 3).
