Mr. Christopher J. Munyan is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of CSS Industries Inc., Since June 2010, he has also served as President of Berwick Offray LLC (“Berwick Offray”) and Cleo Inc subsidiaries. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from October 2005 until June 2006. From 1999 until 2005, Mr. Munyan served as President of Berwick Offray.
