Mr. Spring joined CAIVIS Acquisition Corp in 2009.Previously Mr. Spring served as the SVP-Divisional CFO at InPhonic Inc., where he was responsible for accounting, inventory, billing operations, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation functions, as well as integrating accounting systems of acquired companies and many aspects of InPhonic's successful IPO.

Prior to joining InPhonic, Mr. Spring held various industry and independent contractor positions including leading a 10-person consulting team at MCI Inc. during its successful financial restatement in 2004 and served in senior financial management positions at ER Labs, GPC Systems Inc., Equant Inc., and Excel Holdings Inc.

Previously Mr. Spring held various positions in public accounting, specializing in audits of small businesses, non-profits, and state and local government agencies.

Mr. Spring holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Radford University and is a licensed CPA in Virginia. He is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
