Chadwick Ho is senior vice president and general counsel of Hulu responsible for all aspects of the company's business and legal affairs. He has more than a decade of experience representing media and technology clients in their corporate and licensing transactions, intellectual property, employment and litigation matters. Prior to joining Hulu, Chad served as vice president and deputy general counsel of MySpace, and vice president of business and legal affairs for Fox Interactive Media after it acquired MySpace, where he provided business and legal advice for their business operations. Before that, Chad served as senior counsel of ABC's Touchstone TV where he negotiated development, production and distribution deals for the studio's primetime programming. He began his career in private practice at Latham & Watkins and O'Melveny & Myers after clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. Chad received a BA in Psychology with distinction from Stanford University and a JD with honors from Harvard Law School.
