Cesar Oliveira is responsible for the Information Security strategy at Vale, member of the MIT Interdisciplinary Consortium for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity and is CISM and ITIL Expert. He is responsible to develop and maintain the global security strategy and roadmap in a multi-year implementation and transformation program based on business priorities and risks tasked with driving growth of the security practice globally. He has broad experience in information technology during the past 21 years, especially in Information Security and IT governance for mining, oil and gas industries. He is graduated in Computer Systems Analysis at PUC-Rio and has an MBA with a focus in Total Quality Management from UFF.
