Carl Guarino leads a seasoned management team in helping customers achieve substantial business improvements through a comprehensive procurement solution, while sustaining Procurian's continued growth and success.

Prior to joining Procurian® in 2006, Carl was executive vice president with SEI Investments, a leading global provider of outsourced asset management, investment processing, and investment operations solutions. During his 18-year tenure, he significantly expanded the company’s asset management division and led the organization’s entry into global markets, driving significant growth through joint ventures and acquisitions. Having run one of the largest IT centers in the Eastern region, Carl also brings an appreciation for managing procurement relationships and optimizing operational businesses.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Joseph's University and a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School.
