Burak Bakkaloglu started working at Hay Group as a talent and reward consultant. He spent 7 years working on leadership development, performance management and reward projects in different countries and sectors. Then Burak held senior roles in a telecom operator including an expat assignment until he found his way to Ericsson. He is working at Ericsson for the last seven years with various regional HR roles. At the same time, he is responsible for northern and central Europe region, consisting of 19 countries and a total of 8.000 employees. He believes in the impact we create as people professionals in the society and having this in mind, we could do a lot better in talent-related topics.
