Brian worked most of his early career as a HR Business Partner supporting a wide range of businesses over the years. Brian’s experience in and affinity for using data and analytics to drive business solutions led him in more recent years to various roles in the HR systems, metrics, reporting, and analytics space. Today Brian leads the Global HR Data, Metrics & Analytics team at Aon where he plays a lead role in setting the people analytics strategy and roadmap to guide the Aon HR function along the HR data and analytics journey.
