Brahm Sharma is a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Technology Executive who drives digital transformation and digital technology innovation. Brahm has more than 20 years of experience at global professional services firms and top Fortune 1000 companies in the insurance and financial sector.

He currently serves as the CIO of Aon Plc’s Life Insurance Trust Division, where he has led a multi-year, 5-phase digital transformation program that has helped to modernize core business systems while transitioning from paper to digital and manual to automated processes. Brahm has been an innovation driver and revenue growth enabler during his time with Aon by expanding the value that IT delivers to the business through the development of digital technologies. Brahm also served in a CTO and Strategy Leader role with the Affinity business, a group that he helped to scale during a period of 4-fold growth. Brahm worked at Harleysville Insurance as the Life Company CIO and the P&C Company AVP of System Applications. In this role, he directed a strategic technology modernization initiative that produced some truly innovative digital solutions, including a Group Life Benefits web application, a Policy Administration Platform, a Personal Auto Insurance Application solution, and a self-service portal. His early experience includes progressive technology leadership roles at BearingPoint, Marsh & McLennan, Credit Suisse First Boston, Ryder System, TCS and Antrix. Brahm holds Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering degrees and is well versed in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Development, DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, and the Rational Unified Process.
