"Robert Carbone is VP of Business Strategy & Operations of The InVentures Group, serving in these capacities for OnCore. Prieviously, he practiced business and commercial law in Buffalo, NY, handling issues including corporate governance and shareholder disputes, securities, intellectual property, commercial sales and lending, licensing and franchising, and insolvency.

Previously, Carbone worked as a financial analyst for NanoDynamics, Inc., where he assisted the CEO, CFO and General Counsel with capital funding, strategic partnerships, market intelligence and operational assessments.

Mr. Carbone received a J.D. cum laude from UB Law School and B.A. from Canisius College. He is admitted to practice law in New York, US District Court for the Western District of NY, and the US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of NY. He serves on the Board of BuffaloFirst, a non-profit dedicated to promoting and advocating the interests of locally owned businesses in Western New York."
