Barry Padgett is CEO of Amperity, having joined in early 2020. During his tenure, the company has scaled up it’s go to market, repackaged their core products, and developed a customer success motion that is leading to record renewal and expansion rates. Mr. Padgett was Chief Revenue Officer at Stripe, an online payment processing company, from February 2019 to April 2020. From 1996 to 2019, Mr. Padgett held several roles at Concur, the leading travel and expense management company, through their acquisition by SAP where he was President, Intelligent Spend Group (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur). Mr. Padgett serves on the Board of Directors of Freshworks, a customer engagement software business, and Duetto, a hotel revenue management business. Mr. Padgett holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Union College, an M.B.A. from University of New South Wales, and an M.S. in Software Engineering from University of Oxford.
