Anurag has spent 20 years in Silicon Valley as both an investor and an operator. He has helped lead three venture capital funds, managing over $2B in aggregate and individually making over $250M in investments across 50 companies. Anurag has been a senior executive in three enterprise technology startups, two of which were sold successfully to public companies. His professional highlights include:

Investing Experience
• Managing Director, Lighthouse Capital Partners (one of the premier venture debt firm in the ‘90s and ‘00s).
• Managing Director, The Galleon Crossover Fund (one the early “crossover” style equity funds in Silicon Valley).
• Managing Director, NXT Capital (one of the first “venture mezzanine” type funds in Silicon Valley).

• Vice President of Finance, netDialog (venture-backed, sold to a public company).
• Vice President of Corp & Bus Development, Intraspect Software (venture-backed, sold to a public company).
• Interim Vice President of Corp Dev & Strategy, Pi-Coral (venture-backed, wound down).
• Co-founder DeFi Mobile (angel backed, wound down).
• Venture Partner, Noosphere Global (a $1B revenue global “holding company” of B2C and B2B tech businesses).

• Cofounded a special purpose vehicle for Uber-China, attracting top-tier Chinese institutions and ultra-high net worth investors.
• Trustee, $2.5B San Jose Federated Employees Retirement Fund; Investment Committee member
• Special Advisor to the Chairman of China Venture Finance, a finance and leasing company for small and mid-market Chinese companies.
• Strategic advisor, Dynamic Coin Holding, one of the largest market cap blockchain cryptocurrencies.

Anurag has extensive experience in helping companies achieve organic and inorganic operational scale, working closely with management teams to implement business development and sales acceleration strategies. Several roles have required him to work with large corporate institutions in acquiring, spinning-in, or developing complementary products and technologies. He has advised many companies and funds internationally, primarily in India, China, the Mideast, the U.K., and Eastern Europe.


In 2005, Anurag was selected as one of The Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40”. He is an occasional panelist a startup and investing events. Anurag received a B.A. with honors in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University and a J.D. from Loyola Law School where he received an academic scholarship and the American Jurisprudence award for the highest grade in four classes, graduating as a St. Thomas More Scholar.
