Imbibe, a leading creator and producer of beverage flavors, beverage ingredient systems and finished products for the beverage industry. Mr. Rashkow joined the company in 2001 and helped pioneer its transformation from a 35-year old niche flavor manufacturer to one of the beverage industry’s leading technical and creative innovators. Imbibe currently operates various production facilities in both North and South America.

In the decade prior to joining Imbibe, Mr. Rashkow served as the Managing Partner of SilverYoung Private Equity, an early-stage private equity fund, whose primary investment focus was marketing companies with unique technological platforms.

Previously, Mr. Rashkow was a Partner at Chapman Partners investment bankers, specializing in mid-market mergers and acquisitions. In the early nineties, Mr. Rashkow began his professional career as part of the executive team of French home-improvement retailer OBI, based in Lille, France.

Mr. Rashkow currently serves on the boards of the following organizations: Scanbuy, Enjoy Life Natural Brands, MAB Capital Management, One Million Degrees, Upsize Chicago, Arie Crown Hebrew Day School, and the Skokie Community Kollel. Mr. Rashkow is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
