Andrea Finegan has 24 years' experience in infrastructure finance covering lending and advisory roles, with the last 17 years spent in the investment management of infrastructure funds. Most recently she has assisted with the set-up of funds and asset management functions at Climate Change Capital, ING Infrastructure Funds and for the Greencoat wind fund.

Prior to these roles, Andrea was at Innisfree from 1999 to 2007 where she was the Head of Asset Management responsible for infrastructure assets across 5 funds. This included investments in roads, hospitals, schools and waste to energy plants.

Before that, Andrea was an Assistant Director in the Barclays Capital Infrastructure Advisory team advising both private and public sector clients in the telecoms, utilities and PFI sectors. She started her career at Deutsche Bank in the project finance teams in London and Frankfurt.

Andrea holds a BA in Business Administration with a modern language from Loughborough University and an MBA in Strategic Carbon Management from the University of East Anglia.
