A veteran technologist and product development specialist, All has over 18 years of experience In management, development and implementation of choice heuristics technologies and hosted online solutions, incorporating data warehousing and analytics. All's solutions have been used in large and complex organizations including AT&T, Fidelity Investments, HP, Staples, Albertson's, Sony, Bank of America and Fresh Express. Prior to co-founding ActionRun, All was VP of Engineering at Market6, a retail software pioneer in the fast-moving consumer packaged goods industry. He co-founded Active Decisions in 1997 and served as its CTO and VP of Engineering to build the first hosted guided selling solutions for large online and offline stores. Earlier, All co-founded FasTV where he led the development and commercialization of one of the first software technologies for real-time indexing of video over the web. All enjoys Tae Kwon Do and the great outdoors in his spare time. All received his BS from Caitech and Ph.D. from MIT, both in physics.
