Al was Special Teams coach for Boston College during their 1993 Hall of Fame Bowl championship run. Mr. Paquette also coached the Eagles in the 1994 Carquest Bowl, 1994 Aloha Bowl, and worked under Jack Bicknell, Tom Coughlin, and Dan Henning.

In achieving these major accomplishments, Al has understood the importance of well-being, health, fitness and connection with others. Mr. Paquette has coached youth football throughout New England, and is the proud father of four wonderful children. An avid fly fisherman, Al loves to teach children and adults and can be seen off the coast of Cape Cod. He also volunteers Fly Fishing lessons for willing EXOCHAIN employees..
