Flight Steward (航班管家) is a Chinese mobile application that offers one-stop travel services that include flight delay fixes, flight tickets, hotel reservations, mobile check-in, and airport information navigation.The application also supports the real-time inquiry and purchase of domestic flight tickets and various online modes of payment like Unionpay and Alipay. Passengers can subscribe to dynamic flight information to timely learn real-time information like flight delay and cancellation, so as to arrange their itineraries accordingly. The product’s user base exceeded 1 million in early 2010. Flight Steward obtained $ 5 million from Sequoia Capital in a Series A financing in 2011, and nearly $15 million from Matrix Partners China and Greylock in the Series B financing. By 2013, Flight Steward has become the most comprehensive platform for premium class ticket bookings in China.
