April 30 (Cointime) - Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, has disclosed the new 'Subscriptions ' feature to boost the platform's profitability and support content creators.
Twitter has recently introduced user-centric modifications aimed at enhancing follower engagement and creating fresh revenue streams through a feature called "Subscriptions". This feature allows Twitter users worldwide to monetize various types of tweets by charging their followers a monthly fee. Users can select one of the predetermined price points established by Twitter. Once subscribers have paid the fee, they gain access to the creator's exclusive content that is not visible to the general public.
"All proceeds go to content creators, we keep nothing", Musk added.
Support content creators around the world in near & far away places!
