On May 21st, it was reported that Zhu Su, the founder of original Three Arrows Capital, stated that ETH has started to rise. Previously mentioned, if the Ethereum spot ETF is approved, then ETH will rise by 80% from $3,000 to $5,400. Bitcoin will also rise to $80,000 (with an ETH/BTC exchange rate of 0.0675), which will be a new high for ETH prices.
