Zhu Su Issued a Statement From the Former Director of Three Arrows: DC and SNC Investors Should Retain Ownership of Their Assets

Zhu Su, the founder of Three Arrows Capital, posted a statement from a former director of Three Arrows Capital Ltd on social media: "We understand that DeFiance Capital (DC) and Starry Night Capital (SNC) funds have always been managed separately in other funds of Three Arrows Capital Ltd (TACL).

From a procedural and practical perspective, we believe that DC and SNC should be considered separate funds, as we did not actively manage DC and SNC funds as directors of TACL. As the current interim liquidator of TACL, we believe that Teneo has repeatedly overreached in attempting to seize other investors' funds.

Even from a technical and legal standpoint, the assets of DC and SNC should belong to TACL's investor funds, which are also in liquidation and have appointed Interpath to manage the process. We expect that investors in DeFiance Capital and Starry Night Capital should retain ownership of their respective assets in the proper legal process."
