XRP Ledger Enters Top 10 NFT Blockchains with Over 1.4 Million NFTs Minted in 6 Months

The XRP Ledger has quickly become one of the top 10 NFT blockchains in the crypto scene, just six months after introducing NFT functionality through the XLS-20 amendment. Over 1.4 million NFTs have been minted on the network, with the top three NFT marketplaces being onXRP, Sologenic, and xrp.cafe. The XRPL has seen impressive growth in NFT sales volume, with up to 173,697 NFT sales made so far, amounting to a total volume of $9.1 million. These NFT collections are being used for real-world applications such as loyalty programs, real estate, music, and events & ticketing, and the development team is working to further promote tokenization and the use of NFTs for real-world utility.
