Andrey Nayman, founder and CEO of Magic Square, said "the acquisition was entirely cash-based." Under the transaction agreement, Magic Square has acquired the entire front-end and back-end infrastructure of TruePNL, but Nayman said, "excluding brand names, domain names, social media accounts, and TruePNL (PNL) tokens."
