-Everyone agrees that it is a good idea to have multiple actors contribute transactions to be included in the block;

-There is a debate on whether it is possible to avoid the "last mover" problem.

Vitalik expressed happiness in seeing this progress, as if seeing the dawn of the block-building theme.
