Victory Securities, a leading virtual asset broker in Hong Kong, has signed a cooperation agreement with Cactus Custody, a licensed trust company under Matrixport in Hong Kong. According to the agreement, Cactus Custody™ will provide institutional-grade virtual asset custody services for Victory Securities.

In addition, the cooperation also provides a compliance threshold supported by KYT and AML tool regulatory components for Victory Securities' products, including the Victory EMC BTC Cycle Fund, which is the first bitcoin fund to accept stablecoin subscriptions and recently obtained recognition from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
