According to database records, in certain versions of Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin Knot, data restrictions can be bypassed by blurring data as code. The vulnerability is currently under analysis, and as a potential impact, it may cause a large amount of non-transaction data to flood the blockchain, potentially increasing network size and having adverse effects on performance and fees.

It is reported that being added to the NVD list means that specific cybersecurity vulnerabilities have been identified, recorded, and deemed to be made public. The database is managed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a subsidiary of the US Department of Commerce.
