Udys Solutions Receives NSE Approval for SME IPO

Udys Solutions Ltd, a company focused on blockchain, AI, and gaming technology, has received NSE approval for an SME IPO. The company plans to invest around Rs 80 million to establish a gaming studio and a multi-gaming platform. The new Yudy’s Game Studio will create high-quality games for multiple platforms and also develop games for other publishers. The company aims to expand its game portfolio, enhance the gaming experience, and grow gamer communities. Udys Solutions is set to be the first game developer to publicly list and have its own publishing platform.
