Verified accounts will be capped at 10,000 posts per day, while unverified and new accounts will be capped at 1,000 and 500 posts per day, respectively.

Users have reported issues on the platform, including missing timelines and rate limit exceeded messages, leading to the hashtag #TwitterDown #TwitterFail trending in certain regions. Executive chairman Elon Musk did not clarify the cause of the data scraping and system manipulation but stated that it was degrading service for users.
