Tranglo Achieves Record $1 Billion in On-Demand Liquidity Transactions with Ripple Partnership

Tranglo, a global payment processing hub and Ripple's payment partner, has achieved a milestone of over $1 billion in On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) transactions since the service's launch.

Ripple acquired a 40% stake in Tranglo, and the partnership aimed to extend ODL services to new territories and meet increasing customer demand in the Asian region.

Ripple's ODL service has received recognition in various regions, including partnerships with Travelex Bank, ChinaBank, and QNB for remittance. In a move to expand its ODL service, Ripple has acquired Tranglo, a cross-border payments specialist in Asia, which will enable Ripple to penetrate the region's growing remittance market and offer more corridors and currencies for its customers.
