June 20 (Cointime) - Elon Musk, founder and CEO of Tesla, has lost one of the company's top in-house litigators, who has motioned to withdraw counsel in Musk's $258 billion lawsuit relating to an alleged Dogecoin market manipulation case.
The departure comes after a leaked letter from Musk's legal team was described as "nasty" by the New York Post. However, Tesla's legal team has added a new attorney, Allison Huebert, to the team representing Musk in the lawsuit.
Despite facing legal actions himself, Musk has not been deterred from using Tesla's company litigators for his personal defense and has even created an email address for justice-related matters.
