Following approval from a Delaware court to wind down operations, Terraform Labs settled with the SEC for $4.47 billion in June 2024. Claimants seeking reimbursement must submit their claims and supporting documentation through the portal by April 30, with preferred evidence being read-only API keys for accuracy. The company estimates potential payouts of $184.5 million to $442.2 million, but the total eligible crypto losses are challenging to determine.
